Cinnamon Vanilla Pancakes

Good morning from beautiful (although rainy-rific blizzard-rific) Jackson, Wyoming, and welcome back for another installment of Breakfast Feast Friday!

We are having a wonderful time in the mountains, I can’t wait to share all the amazing details when we get back…along with a few things I’ve learned! In the meantime, I wanted to show you a quick and easy weekend breakfast recipe, that is sure to be a Fall favorite.

Cinnamon Vanilla Pancakes

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  1.  In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients to the dry, and mix well.

Super simple!

3. Ladle batter onto hot skillet.

4. Peak at the first side after about a minute, flip when golden brown and do the same on the second side.

5. Serve with butter and maple syrup.


There’s just something about the smell of cinnamon that says, Fall is here!
