The Marathon Project – Day 3 – Week 1

After a hectic day, an emotional evening, and a postponed run due to a downpour…I had a hard time getting out the door. But…as I got going I realized sometimes the rain is worth waiting for…

Generally speaking…when it’s hardest to get out the door, it’s also the most important to do so.

Flickers of light started to peek out that showed me my 4 miles were well worth it!

If you’re wondering today if taking that step toward your goal is worth it, regardless of how small that step is…get to it. I promise you won’t regret it!
