TMP – Day 6 – Week 1

Today was quite eventful. Breakfast was quick and easy: Homemade raw Juice and almonds. Yum.

A frenzy-filled morning followed by….

Ahhh-mazing lunch with one of my favorite people!

Tofu Pad Thai.  Double Yum.

After work workout…a little Jillian Michaels.

While part of me thinks she is a bit of a sell-out and totally ridiculous…

…Photoshop much?!

Truth be told, her workouts are killer…and can generally be done in less than 45 minutes.

Worth it! Done, and done!
