TMP – Days 13 – 15

An amazing weekend!

Busy as ever, the Marathon Project has been at the front of my mind and is seeming to become more possible each day! I’ve been feeling stronger, faster and more capable of actually seeing the project through!

Friday: Basically a rest day. 30 minutes on my bike to retrieve my car from the canyon.

Saturday: Bootcamp. Killer. 1.5 hours of 30/20/10 intervals.

Sunday: Today seemed like the big day of the week…

…crosstraining.

40 miles to be exact! Whew!

I am beat, and really looking forward to yoga tomorrow!
